Permanent Office Closure

After 12 years of serving patients in the Metroplex and beyond, our office Pain Specialists of Texas, will be permanently closed on Thursday February, 8th 2018.
That will be the last day Lynne and I will be in the office.
We have started to inform patients of the office closure since early December (including the mandated ad in the Fort Worth Star Telegram classifieds) to avoid any interruptions in their care.
Our main office numbers 682-518-0682 and the fax number 682-518-1334 will be in service until 2/8/2018.
We have been faxing our patients’ relevant medical records to other physicians since early December.
If you need your medical records after the office is closed, please fax your request to this fax number 910-375-5588.
The other option is to send an e-mail to
We need to know the office or the physician name, their main phone number and their fax number.
On a personal note, it was an extremely gratifying and enriching experience taking care of all those patients over the last 12 years.
Lynne and I will miss you all, but it was time for a change.
I will have more time to take care of veterans with chronic pain issues after the office closure.
I will also have more time to teach the next generation of interventional pain specialists at UTSW Medical School at Dallas while they are rotating through the VA Pain Clinic.
